I bought a pattern, it is very well explained, but I feel like there is a mistake somewhere. No matter how much I try, it doesn't match the number of stitches.

A delivery issue with UPS, which never delivers to home 'free delivery', because I learned that their motto is to deliver only to different paid relay points of 4 euros and a few cents. Since I always choose home delivery, I cannot choose the relay point closest to my home without having to pay those famous 4 euros and a few cents. IT'S REALLY A SHAME.... In this case, it should not be said that delivery is free, because being in a disabled situation, it forces me to pay a third party for the fuel and time of the trip. IT'S REALLY A SHAME....

As usual, everything is impeccable: speed of dispatch, protection of ordered items is top-notch and super quality. Small downside for the number of knots (9 on average) in the traphilo balls.......but that's just a tiny detail.

The wool matches well with the colors seen on the computer. Very well organized and well packaged. FAST SHIPPING. Perhaps the individual skeins could be packaged, like those that are 3 alike for example, to avoid getting them dirty or accidentally snagging the yarn with our nails.
