The order is going very well. The customer service is very responsive. The delivery is impeccable. I just didn't receive the tracking of the parcel right away and was worried to know if my order had shipped. I must say there was the weekend in between and these are different services since the wool comes from Spain. I will know for next time!
Beautiful quality wool, perfectly matching the presentation model. The possible improvement would be to offer sweater models, with explanations, made with this wool. Here I have to manage on my own.

The shipments of wools are always fast, it's perfect when you want to do a last-minute project. Just a small remark, I find it unfortunate to find knots inside a ball, it unfortunately happens quite often to me while I find the different qualities of wools or cottons wonderful.
