During the presentation of the mosaic crochet tutorial for the Christmas blanket, Lidia explained to us that for any order before 15/12, the PDF would be attached to the invoice. I received the wool The Queen, the invoice but not the PDF. Therefore, I cannot start this beautiful work. I don't think I can complete it before Christmas, so I will return the wool hoping to get a refund. I am very disappointed.

The colors of the balls are defined by numbers, it would be much better if the color was indicated. There should be a correspondence table between all the threads and it should indicate which crochet number to take. I find the site outdated while Lidia is a dynamic young woman, it's really a shame, it doesn't showcase her!
I am quite disappointed with my first order. The balls have duller colors than in the photos. Moreover, one I thought was in a gradient of blue but it has green, which is not visible in the photo. Not to mention that my package arrived after 7 working days and not 2 or 3 as announced on the site.
An order placed with an error on my part regarding a color. I requested cancellation or a color change. They canceled and refunded my account (everything is fine now) but the white Bb wool had been resold and was out of stock. So it was impossible to complete the project... very angry because the wool will be restocked in January and Christmas will have passed. Not great

I am disappointed with the Trapixl orange red product, indeed I received a really mediocre product that frays with a texture on one side of this thread, really not nice which makes it so we don't know what to do with it nicely especially do not order orange red 🙁 (To say something positive, the shipping is fast and well packaged.

The wool is impeccable, the prices are good. But I only gave 3 stars regarding the shipping costs and the time it takes to receive our orders. This summer I paid between 5 and 7€ for shipping and it took me 2 weeks to receive my order... I find that really too long, my 2 other orders took a week to arrive.
I like the choice of threads offered. However, I can't find any knitting tutorials offered or links between the threads and the projects we could make with them.
