I really like the quality, the loyalty points system, and especially the different tutorials. To be top-notch (according to my criteria! ;-)) I would say to develop clearer visuals on the site regarding the colors of the different yarns and maybe have the opportunity to receive the patterns in PDF format. I remain a regular of the written instructions.
