The yarn is great and the delivery time is short but I had to pay an additional CHF 26.00 to pick up my package at the post office and there was a bug on the site. I put several threads of different colors in the cart and received all my balls in one color

Package took longer than the announced deadline. Difficult tracking. Tutorial explanations are very clear, however the difficulty of working with the yarn had not been announced. Maybe express an average time for completion.
Lidia's tutorials are exceptional! BRAVO! However, personally, the style wools and those for Christmas double a lot, and yet in her tutorial, the doubling is not visible at all. The pashmina and the BB are very good though.
Out of stock. Yarns that disappear and are replaced by more expensive ones. And the shipping costs that I find a bit expensive. Buttons that are not in the store, at least I didn't find any?

I regret the stock shortages, I've already asked twice to be informed by email, but nothing. The shipping costs I find exorbitant, almost OBLIGED to make a large order. The payment in several installments is very demanding, selfie, photo of the ID, when it works, I gave up and canceled.
Order well received after having traveled a lot in my city (Mondial Relay). Packaging intact but 2 balls not very clean out of 7; probably due to storage.

Fast shipping. One of the skeins, the color does not match the displayed color, it seems that the photos on the site are edited with filters.
Too many hooks, she never responds in the comments. However, the yarns are splendid. The shipping costs are a bit high!!! No knitting tutorials for small summer tops, no tutorials for beach bags or anything all crochet, too bad I can't try the threads that go with it.
First order placed on June 9, today the 16th still not received! A bit long for 3 balls of yarn. Not sure if I will repeat the experience.

Positive: Very fast delivery to the relay point; Negative: the photos of the colors of the Caprice yarn on the site do not show the gradients. For example, I bought color 22 which I thought was burgundy/pink, but in the end, there is dark gray in it; Same for color 24, seen as gray gradient, but in fact, it is green!! There should really be several photos of the yarn and especially a description with the dominant colors!! Very unhappy with this first purchase
The delivery was rather fast but, for an order of 70, the shipping costs could have been free. This is the case for online wool sites. Too bad
The thread has nothing to do with raffia and it smells very strong. An unpleasant smell. It is very hard to work with, hurts the hands. The weight is way too heavy for a hat. I am very disappointed
On my ball of Caprice wool, for all the color changes I have a knot for the next color, not normal

Do not talk about a thread as being very soft when it is not the case.
I was disappointed with my last order. Rafy is quite difficult to work with. I started and I am really having a lot of trouble.
Generally quite satisfied. Lidia is great and the wool is superb. Just a bit disappointed with the quality of the TrapiXL for the second consecutive order. Two or three really fine skeins. But I will obviously continue to order.
I still haven't received the order!!
My order from 12.05.23 is still in transit. I don't find that normal. So the transport needs to be improved because sometimes very fast and sometimes ultra slow.
Not easy to imagine the materials and colors… some disappointments

Orders should be sent by post to make it simpler. It's not easy to be available for delivery by a carrier, and by relay it's not always simple either
Order of May 3 including 2 items. Upon receipt of the package on May 17, the tutorial for the Rafaelo Hat is missing, yet billed at 2.50 euros. I would appreciate it if you could send it to me by post. Thank you for your response

Review for the packaging, some yarns need to be better protected. During my last order, the light colors weren't even packaged. Too bad.
A ball wrapped stuck to the packaging label, resulting in a lot of waste. I have photos, but I can't send them to you. If needed, I can send them to you via Messenger. The cotton yarn included short lengths connected by knots.
Respect the deadlines
I can't give 1* anyway, I can't rate as I've been waiting for my package for 22 days! It's impossible for me to rate the wool :-(( but I'm waiting for Mondial Relay to find my 17 balls I'm going to be on vacation soon...
