Improve the colors that are different on the Internet and upon receipt. Perhaps spend a little more time on certain difficulties by showing them again and being able to respond when there is a problem in the realization.

The wool is impeccable, the prices are good. But I only gave 3 stars regarding the shipping costs and the time it takes to receive our orders. This summer I paid between 5 and 7€ for shipping and it took me 2 weeks to receive my order... I find that really too long, my 2 other orders took a week to arrive.
I like the choice of threads offered. However, I can't find any knitting tutorials offered or links between the threads and the projects we could make with them.
There are knots in the icorde wool, and the suggested quantity is insufficient.

Quality of Cupidon cotton not great. It is soft but it splits a lot, I have to undo and redo the stitches while using a Clover Amour crochet.
The shop is very good but the DPD delivery service is terrible. Every time I order from Lidia Crochet, I have to search for where my package is delivered; the delivery people don't even come to my door and every time I have to figure out how to find it
I am still waiting for my order, it has happened twice that I am told my order could not be delivered on the scheduled day while I am at home, plus you have my phone number. I am going on vacation on Sunday and would like to be able to pick up my package before leaving. Best regards, Mrs. Chies
Terrible experience with the DPD delivery service that has my wool package but does not deliver it to me. I am not sure I will reorder wool if it means going through this every time.

For the Loco cotton I am quite disappointed, there are a lot of knots in one ball. I give you an example I found 6 knots in one ball, I find that a lot for 250 meters of yarn
This order was perfect, payment, reception time, but what a surprise discovering the color of the yarn CELADON green instead of the light gray I saw on the site. For info, there is no name for the colors, just a number, so 06 is green, all wrong for my heart warmer. Thank you Lidia for these beautiful models.

The yarn is great and the delivery time is short but I had to pay an additional CHF 26.00 to pick up my package at the post office and there was a bug on the site. I put several threads of different colors in the cart and received all my balls in one color
