I have been a loyal customer for a long time. Unfortunately, during my last order, I requested express delivery. The delivery person gave me an appointment from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. He never came. And at 5 PM, he sent me to a pickup point, this is unacceptable.

Very beautiful wool, however as I am not an expert in crochet, the fact that it is curly has been a bit complicated for me. I will not hesitate to place other orders because the quality is there.
