The products are very good, I am a loyal customer and I regularly follow Lydia's tutorials. The only downside concerns the delivery times that are announced: I recently placed an order, I was delivered 8 days later instead of the 2/3 days announced!!

Hello, I am not at all satisfied with your carrier because they say they came to deliver the package but could not get my signature and therefore left the package at a relay point, which is false because I stayed all day at home to actually receive my package. Your carrier didn't even come by, so I think that if you continue to deliver customers with the same carrier, I won't be able to continue ordering from you. I am really very disappointed with your carrier. It is still a shame to say that they could not deliver the package when they didn't even come to people's homes. I want to inform you that it is really a pity because your site is great but your carrier ruins everything. I am really very unhappy. Best regards
