A model on YouTube (halter top) was created with the cotton I ordered but when it arrived, I realized that the balls were much smaller, it was mercerized cotton, so I had to reorder 2 balls. When I asked for a commercial gesture for the shipping costs, I was told it was not possible. Not great, especially since I can't help it if you no longer make the other cotton, I ordered in good faith.

The delivery is a disaster. DPD is a company based in the town of PEGOMAS in the Alpes-Maritimes and their delivery is not serious. 3 days to deliver to me on June 6, they gave me 3 excuses that were not justified at all. On June 7, delivery was scheduled for the day, and well, nothing. On June 8, bad weather on the Côte d'Azur???? On June 10, I finally got my wool. I think there is really a problem.
The site looks outdated, it is difficult to find what you are looking for. The colors of the skeins are not indicated, so since we don't know... we don't buy... and we are frustrated... The site does not reflect Lidia's personality at all, which is really a shame and disappointing.

It was noted on the order form that the delivery time was within 2/3 days; but here the deadline was exceeded: order made on 21/05 and delivery to the relay on 31/05. Under these conditions, I find the shipping price (7.96€) a bit excessive.
Nothing to complain about the order and its contents. However, please change carriers! DPD ruins the transaction to the point of making me hesitate for a possible future order. They are to be avoided. I chased after my package for a week! Without knowing where it was and why.
