The wool ordered is the one expected, very good product. No disappointment on that side. However, the delivery is not up to par. UPS was supposed to deliver to my home and decided to drop my package at a relay point without telling me beforehand. I hesitate to place a new order because the relay point in question is difficult to access and at times that do not suit me.

The cottons and wools are of good quality and what I especially appreciate is Lidia's professionalism in her tutorials. Moreover, she is always very nice which is a plus.
