There is always a way to 'do better', but... As far as I remember, the registration is simple, without difficulty. The order? Just click on the product (and since I usually come after a video, I don't even have to search for the right product). Delivered in a maximum of a week, the small accessories are bagged and stapled to the invoice so as not to lose them, and the threads (crochet) are always of pleasant colors and qualities. I have never had a problem; therefore, I cannot speak about customer service or after-sales service.... ;)). Don't go in with your eyes closed: there are too many threads, colors, and shades to admire and choose from, but place your order with peace of mind! 🙁 Unfortunately, the quality of the service and threads does not guarantee the quality of the work, it depends more on the 'practice' of the worker.... :)) Have a good day everyone (my hooks are calling me)!

I love your yarns, they are of very good quality, I have never been disappointed, I also love Lidia's tutorials, her way of explaining, I have sometimes had delivery problems and you resolved them very quickly, the only tiny 'hiccup' is that in the comments below the videos we ask for information, for example dimensions, and we don't get a response, thank you Lidia crochet.

I love everything about Lidia crochet?? Maybe a downside for the price of delivery with Mondial Relay which is really very expensive. Delivery is free at home but from 100 euros!! I would certainly order more often if it were free??
