Lidia is amazing! Generous with her time, her advice, she crochets wonderfully, everything she does is beautiful and she is clearly very kind, she is an excellent person. And it is very, very pleasant to follow these tutorials. But!!!! I am more divided about everything else. Never a response to comments whether on the videos or privately (or very, very rarely). Ongoing restocking issues, ranges that disappear, some replaced by others, more expensive. And generally speaking, I am not convinced by the quality of the yarns. Best regards

Order not received...

I received my package well but it was too tight and too taped, I had to take a pair of scissors; the wool not being protected - directly placed in the plastic bag - I inadvertently cut 3 balls out of 7, I am very disappointed +++ and I am thinking about my possible future orders, knowing that the customer service categorically refused to take back the damaged balls.

It's a very good shop, but deliveries to overseas are super long, I still haven't received my package. Not to mention the shipping costs which are exorbitant, but I understand a bit.

This is the first time I order and I still haven't received my package (1 week).

The tutorials are really very good and Lidia seems to sincerely want to share her passion with us. It's a pleasure to watch her crochet and the explanations are clear. But I admit I was disappointed with my first order: For the Caprice, I initially thought there was an error in the order: the color is very different from the photo, but after checking, the color number corresponds well. A detailed presentation of the colors in video would probably be useful. I also ordered the loco: very pretty color but very difficult to crochet: the cotton is made of 10 non-twisted strands that separate and snag. Including once crocheted. It's hard to achieve a neat finish unless you are a crochet veteran, which I am not. And a thread with many irregularities in the Kameleon. (thread that thins a lot in some places) If I take stock of the skeins purchased that I will ultimately not be able to use as I had planned, or at all, I admit that it does not encourage me to repeat the experience.

I am really sorry for the low rating. The wool is beautiful, the colors are superb, but the smell is unbearable. It smells like oil or chemicals, I'm not sure... the skeins are on the covered terrace... I hope the smell will go away. Karin

The creations are beautiful for slim women, not enough explanations for rounder women or those who want to wear oversized for comfort.

Nothing to say about the registration and sending of orders. It's perfect! But there are far too many stock shortages and very, very long delays for restocking. And references that are stopped in favor of less advantageous ones. I particularly think of the Merino that Lidia praised a lot, it was the best of the best and essential according to the tutorials, and suddenly no more Merino!!! I had already waited months to be able to order the color I wanted which was constantly out of stock, finally I took another color and I am missing one ball to finish my work, which will never be finished since no more Merino. I have also been waiting for ages for the restock of the pearl cotton...... A response from time to time in the comments of the tutorials or to private messages would also be welcome. You are undoubtedly overwhelmed by your success (which I congratulate you on by the way????) but people are as they are and do not like to be ignored. Also be careful with contests presented as entirely free but which are not since they are subject to placing an order. I am a loyal follower of your channel, I have done and learned a lot from your tutorials which are always very well explained and to be honest I admire your way of crocheting, so light, so pure, so perfect. I also find it a shame that you refuse to show photos of works made from your tutorials but not with your wool. It's quite reductive and a bit self-interested, let's say. What matters, in my opinion, is what you teach, your know-how and how to teach, not what you sell. Overall it's good, even very good. But a few points to review. Good continuation though.
