The quality of the balls I received is very noticeably different from the previous ones??

The product is completely compliant. But the delivery person gave my package to the mother of a neighbor without informing me! He declared that the package had been handed over in person!!!! Fortunately, she was honest because I don't know her.

I have not yet received my order, so I cannot evaluate it.

The color of the skeins is never marked, there are only numbers! We don't know what color we are buying, so I don't always buy and I go to a haberdashery. On the site, we should be able to choose the thread based on its size, this search is non-existent. We should also be able to indicate the name of a thread and start a search to find an equivalent thread (if the colors are not appealing, for example). Last negative point (I am sorry...) the site looks outdated which is really a shame because it does not match Lidia's sparkling personality ?? Thank you Lidia for your talent ??

A model on YouTube (halter top) was created with the cotton I ordered but when it arrived, I realized that the balls were much smaller, it was mercerized cotton, so I had to reorder 2 balls. When I asked for a commercial gesture for the shipping costs, I was told it was not possible. Not great, especially since I can't help it if you no longer make the other cotton, I ordered in good faith.

The delivery is a disaster. DPD is a company based in the town of PEGOMAS in the Alpes-Maritimes and their delivery is not serious. 3 days to deliver to me on June 6, they gave me 3 excuses that were not justified at all. On June 7, delivery was scheduled for the day, and well, nothing. On June 8, bad weather on the Côte d'Azur???? On June 10, I finally got my wool. I think there is really a problem.

The site looks outdated, it is difficult to find what you are looking for. The colors of the skeins are not indicated, so since we don't know... we don't buy... and we are frustrated... The site does not reflect Lidia's personality at all, which is really a shame and disappointing.

It was noted on the order form that the delivery time was within 2/3 days; but here the deadline was exceeded: order made on 21/05 and delivery to the relay on 31/05. Under these conditions, I find the shipping price (7.96€) a bit excessive.

Nothing to complain about the order and its contents. However, please change carriers! DPD ruins the transaction to the point of making me hesitate for a possible future order. They are to be avoided. I chased after my package for a week! Without knowing where it was and why.

Lidia is amazing! Generous with her time, her advice, she crochets wonderfully, everything she does is beautiful and she is clearly very kind, she is an excellent person. And it is very, very pleasant to follow these tutorials. But!!!! I am more divided about everything else. Never a response to comments whether on the videos or privately (or very, very rarely). Ongoing restocking issues, ranges that disappear, some replaced by others, more expensive. And generally speaking, I am not convinced by the quality of the yarns. Best regards

I received my package well but it was too tight and too taped, I had to take a pair of scissors; the wool not being protected - directly placed in the plastic bag - I inadvertently cut 3 balls out of 7, I am very disappointed +++ and I am thinking about my possible future orders, knowing that the customer service categorically refused to take back the damaged balls.

It's a very good shop, but deliveries to overseas are super long, I still haven't received my package. Not to mention the shipping costs which are exorbitant, but I understand a bit.

This is the first time I order and I still haven't received my package (1 week).

The tutorials are really very good and Lidia seems to sincerely want to share her passion with us. It's a pleasure to watch her crochet and the explanations are clear. But I admit I was disappointed with my first order: For the Caprice, I initially thought there was an error in the order: the color is very different from the photo, but after checking, the color number corresponds well. A detailed presentation of the colors in video would probably be useful. I also ordered the loco: very pretty color but very difficult to crochet: the cotton is made of 10 non-twisted strands that separate and snag. Including once crocheted. It's hard to achieve a neat finish unless you are a crochet veteran, which I am not. And a thread with many irregularities in the Kameleon. (thread that thins a lot in some places) If I take stock of the skeins purchased that I will ultimately not be able to use as I had planned, or at all, I admit that it does not encourage me to repeat the experience.

I am really sorry for the low rating. The wool is beautiful, the colors are superb, but the smell is unbearable. It smells like oil or chemicals, I'm not sure... the skeins are on the covered terrace... I hope the smell will go away. Karin
