Hello, I really liked being delivered in person with a signature

I would have given 5 stars if the delivery had been made as planned; this happens frequently with you when we pay to receive the order at home with GLS and the delivery person doesn't even bother to come to bring it and directly drops it off at a relay point! If I calculate the delivery costs, there are at least 50€ lost! Don't tell me that you are not responsible because you are the ones who offer this delivery and we pay for it!
