Very soft Elisabeth yarn and fast delivery
The products are very good. But the UPS delivery people are very bad. I made 2 home orders and each time they dropped my orders at the relay without even passing by my home. Just a text message to tell me to go pick it up. I do not recommend this delivery company. UPS to be banned.

The yarn is very beautiful and of very good quality. For me, there is nothing better to do.

I am still very happy with my orders, the Extra yarns. The only downside is that the delivery is always sent to a relay point even though I request home delivery and especially that I am there!! The delivery people do not bother, which is a shame. This does not prevent me from ordering anyway. Thank you Lidia and her team.
