Items to be made are very well explained with a lot of pedagogy. Quality yarns. One downside: in 15 days, 2 orders placed and the carrier UPS is not reliable, they twice told me: we could not deliver to you while I was at home and the next day they told me that the relay point was closed... after verification, it was false!! So package not delivered on time, it's a shame.
