Hello, I was going to leave a review on the presentation video of the mugs. But you give me the opportunity to congratulate the team that takes care of preparing the orders for delivery. Indeed, I ordered 3 mugs with a bit of apprehension and a lot of apprehension when I saw that the package was the same as for the wool. But upon opening the package, what a pleasant surprise to see that the mugs were super well protected ?? I must even admit that it took me a few minutes before I could unpack them ?? I only had one problem with an order because there was a product error and this problem was resolved very quickly. Honestly, I can't find anything to improve.
