I have been ordering for several years, never any problems, very good quality wool, very reasonable prices, fast delivery and especially very well explained tutorials.
Always satisfied with the orders placed on the site. The only downside recently: home delivery with UPS that never respects the drop-off location of the package, they don't bother to stop by, they deliver every time to a pickup point too far from my home.
