Order placed on November 2 with payment, fast delivery, UPS passed without calling to leave the package. The package was supposed to be delivered the next day. To this day, I still haven't received my order and no phone number for either UPS or Lidia Crochet

Hello, placing the order is simple. The merchandise matches my expectations. Only the delivery was problematic. I paid for home delivery, I had to pick it up at a relay point under the pretext that the package did not fit in my mailbox while no one came by. Too bad this experience could have been perfect. Order received, but bag cut and skeins damaged. But customer service very responsive, skeins refunded as store credit. Packaging needs to be reviewed for shipments because bags are not the best. Otherwise, very satisfied.
