If only you could create samples of your yarns... The colors online do not match reality. And when you want to match 2 different yarns (Queen and Elizabeth for example), it becomes a real headache. So I ordered several colors of each... I will make my choice and return, at my expense, those that I will not keep! But I always have a soft spot for some of the items you offer! ??

I don't see how to order, I want to give my opinion on my last order placed on the 13th since I still haven't received it. And it has been several months now that the delivery service is not doing its job properly. On the penultimate order, delivery costs were 19 euros because I requested express delivery, supposed to be delivered the next day, I received it 6 days later and impossible to get a refund because the Lidia crochet service does not want anything and does not even bother to respond to my emails. Sure, it's a site where yarn is not very expensive, but the deliveries are deplorable. So this is a case to follow. If I have to order elsewhere to have a more serious follow-up on deliveries, then I will do so even if I have to pay more. And according to some comments I have seen, I am not the only one. Lidia should ask herself the right questions. Good to know.

The delivery needs to be reviewed, I paid for home delivery via UPS, they did not present themselves at my home, used the mention, presented themselves at home, there was no one even though I was present and at worst there is a place to drop off packages at my home, I had to go to a bookstore that is not close to my home to pick up the package, taking it twice!
