Hello, fast shipping and pleasant wool, but 2 balls had one with damaged yarn and the other with cut yarn, it's a shame.

Everything is perfect for me. I do have a question regarding deliveries: is there a limit to be delivered to a relay? My last order was about 62€ and I couldn't access my usual relay. The delivery went very well at home, but I prefer the relay. Thank you for your response.
