Website for quality yarns at UNBEATABLE PRICES all year round! (unlike some web stores that supposedly offer big discounts while prices are inflated!) And on top of that, a cherry on the cake, a site "lidiacrochettricot.org" filled with various tutorials with all kinds of yarns and accessories available in the store! But that's not all, the order preparation service is super fast! In short, in one word, it's top notch!

Package not received at home, dropped off at a store by UPS transport. Impossible for me to move, that's why I request Home Delivery by SEUR, much more serious for home deliveries.

Delivery increasingly late

I was disappointed, when I ordered the items were in stock. On the scheduled delivery day, I received an email telling me that out of the 2 items ordered, 1 was no longer available. You wait until the delivery day to inform me. I thought the delivery person hadn't done their job. I am satisfied with the quality of the yarn.

Order not yet received. Constantly postponed by the carrier, once on Thursday it was supposed to arrive today, no news, but where is my package? Check that the package will be sent to the correct address and hang the unreliable carrier.
