The creations are magnificent. The wools are great, but for me, everything that is wool itches... maybe it would be good to provide a similar wool each time...? And sometimes be less quick when sharing creations. I know we can use the scroll wheel but it's not great for me. Otherwise, everything is perfect ??

The products are very good, I am satisfied on that side. The problem comes from the deliveries which are often problematic. My last order was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, November 16, but UPS did not deliver the package and I am now told that it is being held and will be delivered at a later date, without telling me exactly when. After contacting customer service, I am told that they are looking for my package and that I will have news in about ten days. I had already encountered delivery difficulties with DPD and UPS is even worse. I paid 85.95 and I am not sure I will see the merchandise. I have often ordered from Lidia for a year, at least once a month, but the delivery problems make me think that I may not be able to order anymore. It's really a shame.

Her wool is great and reasonably priced. It would be nice to make a book with all these models, it would be great for those who have trouble with the tutorials and my daughter wants more amigurumis.

The wool is very good... The transport is very long.. The package is prepared but stays too long on site before being handed over to the carrier..
