The explanations are very well explained. The cotton wool etc. is of good quality. The shipments are fast. However, a small downside for my last delivery... delay and the scheduled day changed 3 times so we no longer know which day we should stay home to pick up our order. Otherwise ..... perfect site .... very serious

I really like the tutorials and the explanations from A to Z, super and thank you. I'm just a bit disappointed that the wools are not natural! For example, the new Naya wool is beautiful, but I didn't buy it because it's acrylic....
