First order very satisfied with the product and fast delivery
The speed of the package shipping by Lidia crochet knitting is great. However, the UPS delivery is very bad. They made me wait all day and did not come. On the delivery tracking, they write that they could not deliver because they did not have the information, while everything is written on the package. They drop the package at a relay point without coming on site. This is not the first time this has happened. So as far as they are concerned, I give them a 0 rating.
