Je suis toujours satisfaite de mes commandes, je suis cliente régulière depuis + de 2 ans, et la laine est de très bonne qualité (attention cependant aux raccords dans les pelotes, quand ce sont des pelotes avec dégradés, il faudrait absolument raccorder avec la même couleur, sinon ça nous oblige à gaspiller de la laine pour garder la même couleur pour ne pas dérégler notre dégradé). Les commandes sont traitées très rapidement, livrées souvent avec un jour d'avance (prévoir le coup si vous travaillez). Bref je recommande vraiment, et les tutos sont super bien expliqués.
