Order always correct, fast delivery
Dissatisfied. I ordered on 08/24 and today on 08/31 I still do not have my wool and it is impossible to know from either lidiacrochet or DPD the delivery person when I will receive my wool. I don't know if I will order again. I trusted for a first order but for now I am disappointed.
The speed of shipments, the perfect explanations, I enjoy making projects.

Hello, sorry but for now I still have not received my order. I gave 4 stars because my order was shipped very quickly, you immediately responded to all my messages, a big thank you to you. The downside is with DPD for the delivery, I still have not received my order which should have arrived 5 days ago.

Speed of shipping and quality of products
The delivery times are always very fast. You order and in less than five days it's at home. The wool is always pleasant to work with. I just regret that the Caprice wool is not available in a gradient of red or yellow. But I highly recommend this site.
