I really love the quality of the product. However, I think it would be good to have neutral packaging for the packages, because last time the delivery person threw my package at my feet. And now, I'm still waiting for my delivery.

I am absolutely not satisfied with the delivery. After a week of delay (email explaining weather problems), I just received a message saying that the delivery could not be made, so the package is available for click and collect. I didn't pay for that, I need to find the click and collect. I appreciated the quick response to my email asking for explanations about the delivery delay. This hiccup does not make me want to place new orders

Speed of delivery
I have points and I absolutely do not know how to use them, I don't even know if the points are cumulative. I tried once to use them, with no result.
