Hello, Serious and careful work, the processing, tracking, and delivery of orders always go well. Products with a good quality/price ratio. I recently made a complaint about a slightly damaged item and the handling was very quick without any issues, they immediately sent me another one. What could be better is the winding of the skeins, on many models of wool, cotton, acrylic....... that I have already used, the thread comes undone in a very tangled way that makes knots and twists a lot. I often have to cut the thread to untangle everything. And it's the same whether I take the inner or outer thread of the skein. Thank you for taking note of this.

However, the delivery with DPD is catastrophic in France; my package was supposed to be delivered on Monday morning between 9-12 am, and now it's Thursday evening, and they ended up leaving it at a pickup point even though I was home every day. They mark customers as absent when they don't even bother to come to their home?? This is my 3rd or 4th order, and it's the same circus every time.
