Everything was perfect, careful and fast delivery

The yarns are of excellent quality for an affordable price. Unfortunately, with each order, the person who prints the package label makes a mistake, the selected municipality is incorrect and my order is not delivered, I have to reschedule a later delivery with DPD to receive it, it's a waste of several days, when it just takes choosing the right city according to my postal code. I have reported this anomaly several times, I am promised that it will be remedied and I thank you for that but it repeats with each order.

Delivery time a bit long for my taste: order placed on April 21 and received at the relay point on May 2 (I specify that I was initially supposed to receive the package at home but it was redirected to a relay point 25 km from my home, the delivery fees were credited to my Lidia crochet knitting account)
