I recently made a complaint about a slightly damaged item and the handling was very quick without any issues, they immediately sent me another one. What could be better is the winding of the skeins, on many models of wool, cotton, acrylic....... that I have already used, the thread comes undone in a very tangled way that makes knots and twists a lot. I often have to cut the thread to untangle everything. And it's the same whether I take the inner or outer thread of the skein. Thank you for taking note of this.
