I love everything. The tutorials are very well explained and the wools are magnificent, pleasant, and of very good quality. It would be great to include a ball that is part of the new products in our order to test it and then buy it later.

The tutorials are top-notch / the wool is of the best price-quality ratio / too bad some disappear too quickly: the Merino, the Diva, the Vely / transport is fast and serious. On a downside: the responses from customer service are brief and impersonal, it cools you down, you then leave the wonderful world of Lidia to find yourself with merchants. As a suggestion and as a young grandmother, I would like to find more ideas to please children and dress them. I am delighted with Lidia, her work, and her environment.
