Hello, to this day I have 2 orders stuck at the delivery agency. I receive emails saying that they unfortunately cannot deliver to me today. I called and they told me that they have not yet received your packages and that is why. The gentleman told me "1 package has arrived, it is scheduled for tomorrow" and 2 days later still nothing. It's been 10 days since I ordered one and 13 days for the other. Maybe we should find another delivery company. Best regards

All the tutorials are very good, Lidia explains all the stitches and the projects to do very well. What she could do better is to monitor her yarn stocks more often, because when we run out of yarn it is very troublesome to finish a project. Otherwise, everything is perfect.
