I really like ordering and having the tutorials and videos to see the work. I am a beginner. The wool is very beautiful. I thought I would have a discount in my package but no....I am disappointed about that.

I love the tutorial concept on YouTube (but a free written model would be nice too). Using the yarn recommended in the tutorial, you won't be disappointed. It's a win-win.....the customer is happy and the shop sells its yarn. I also appreciate the speed between ordering and delivery. My first experience went poorly regarding delivery, but the next two went very well. Keep it up.

The yarn ordered meets my expectations; the safety eyes are very nice. A small downside: some yarns were out of stock, which is a shame. The delivery time is long.

The delivery was quite fast, I received my order in a week. It's a shame that for tracking the package, we don't have it in French, but it's a minor issue, nothing serious. I'm happy with the yarn I ordered, it's beautiful.

Everything is perfect: the prices, the choice, and the delivery time are great. The only downside is occasional stock shortages, and I miss the diva. It would be nice if, like the diva which is no longer made, they made batches of other colors; it would make many people happy, me first.
