Hello, I ordered white skeins and received skeins with purple-gray shades, disappointed

Out of the 7 cord skeins, I sacrificed 2, because right from the start of crocheting the skein was twisting and it wasn't pretty. I had to cut it in several places and untwist it. So a lot of patching. Not PRETTY
