The quality of the wool, the explanations are very clear, the speed of shipping.
Fast shipping but the Dpd carrier is deplorable.. delivery is always delayed and the delivery person does not want to deliver the package according to the instructions and leaves with the package!! Too bad..

Honestly, I was delighted to buy from you a fluffy and so pretty acrylic. I will make sweaters and hoods for myself. I also spotted another lightweight and soft acrylic. If you have untreated wool, I would like that too.
