On 8/11 I ordered wool from Lidia crochet. It is now 28/11, and still no wool!!!!!!!! When I check the tracking, it says that on 23/11, the package left for the pickup point. Valence (where the package was on 23/11) and Monteux where the pickup point is, I wonder how this package is being delivered. On foot!!!!!! I was supposed to make a gift for a birthday and I couldn't. This is the first time I ordered and it will be the last. I am not happy at all F Ducarteron

Nice and original wools at affordable prices, fast delivery, many varied and original models, very educational tutorials. The only small downside is that restocking of out-of-stock products is a bit slow.

I love the tutorials when ordering the follow-up regarding a tutorial, it would be nice to find the tutorial explanation in the package.
