I ordered the Elisabeth wool to crochet the wrap. The wool is super beautiful, soft. Quick order and well packaged. Everything is perfect.

For a first order, everything went well. Too bad I was missing a pom-pom and a pair of handles that were out of stock, I had to turn to other suppliers.

3 attempts to place the order by credit card: waiting 4 days. Delivery not made by DPD on the scheduled day, package waiting 5 km from my home but not recoverable: waiting 2 days. Disappointed not to be able to start my Christmas gifts... V Bardou
