Just a small detail when I take the wool from the inside it often gives me knots, is that normal? It doesn't happen with other wools. Otherwise, the quality of the wool I got from you is top and inexpensive.??

Great for the speed of the order, and very happy with the wool. However, zero points for the carrier DPD. I had to travel 20km to pick up my package. They claimed I wasn't home.. Twice the package was presented as absent when I hadn't left my house! Moreover, our residence has a caretaker who picks up packages in the absence of the interested parties and redistributes them. Why not use the post for a 200g package? That's it.. On Lydia's side, nothing to say it was perfect.
