The speed of shipping my order and thus receiving it, the quality of the ordered wool (Enjoye, regina, and queen) they are absolutely beautiful and I am super happy so obviously I will reorder.

I love the tutorials.

The wool is impeccable, the prices are good. But I only gave 3 stars regarding the shipping costs and the time it takes to receive our orders. This summer I paid between 5 and 7€ for shipping and it took me 2 weeks to receive my order... I find that really too long, my 2 other orders took a week to arrive.

Hello, I have never been disappointed with the orders I make but if there is one thing you could improve, it would be to have an exit for the inner wool in bulk, to be able to pull on a small label to get the wool more easily. I hope I have been understandable ??
