I was supposed to receive the package Saturday morning. Received an email from the carrier saying that the delivery could not take place. I then rescheduled for today. Still nothing. The delivery method needs to change. I am very disappointed. Plus, I will have to struggle for the refund. Too much hassle.

On my last order light colors better packaged. However disappointed with 3 balls that are white while they are ecru. Too bad far from rendering the same thing.

Nice tutorials, well explained. Good quality and soft cotton, same for the wool. It would be great to have the pdfs of the tutorials (e.g.: slippers, stars, etc.) because copying everything to not forget is tedious.
