The delivery was rather fast but, for an order of 70, the shipping costs could have been free. This is the case for online wool sites. Too bad

All the threads and materials (jute, rope, raffia, cotton, etc.) are of quality and it is a real pleasure to discover the package. One downside, the transport of the last package requested at my home arrived several days later, at a relay point... Why announce a very fast arrival at home and force me to stay at home from 9 am to 12 pm when these deadlines seem too heavy for the carrier??? The thread has nothing to do with raffia and it smells very strong. An unpleasant smell. It is very hard to work with, hurts the hands. The weight is way too heavy for a hat. I am very disappointed

I love the quality of the wools and cottons, the purchase price, the varied choice (yarn and colors). I find that the site is a bit slow to load pages, and I would prefer to have color names instead of numbers or why not both if it can help others.
