I love everything: her tutorials, her pleasant singing voice, her threads, many models, her prices, the speed and care of the shipments, etc.... one important downside if she could give us the number of stitches or patterns for 10 or 20 cm it would save us from having to redo the model 2 or 3 times before getting the right dimensions and that way we could knit even more and buy her yarns!
