Regarding the products, nothing to say. However, for the delivery, not great at all. I stayed at home all day, and the delivery person gave the package to the caretaker without bothering to ring or call me.

I liked the speed of shipping, the products, and the tutorial, even though I had difficulties starting as a complete beginner; I had to restart a good twenty times. Is that how you learn??

I ordered water green raffia yarn, of very good quality and a color that cannot be found on other sites. The order and payment were quick, the package is secure. For the paid delivery of 15.35 for just 2 spools, it took me 4 weeks to be delivered (unexpectedly as the postal tracking was not up to date)! I would have liked to be informed at the time of the order (vague information: 15 to 45 days).
