Speed of sending, perfect packaging, product conforms to the site. Wools and cottons are pleasant to work with. My personal touch is in the use of cotton loco 1 ball out of 3 is much more nuanced (darker in a way) than the other two which is not pretty in the transition of the balls. It would have been better to put 3 balls of identical or similar shades. It's a regret because I won't be able to make the garment exactly to the size I would like.
