I particularly appreciate the quality of your products which, moreover, and this is not a drawback, are at a very affordable price. What 'bothers' me a bit is the time it took for my package to arrive at the pickup point. Obviously, I am very impatient... I suppose that if I had chosen the other delivery option, my package would have arrived faster? But then, the shipping costs would have been more expensive than my order ??

I loved your wool which is really of very good quality for a price that I find very reasonable. However, I am not at all satisfied with the delivery, indeed, I paid for home delivery because I have constraints that prevent me from moving around as I wish but the UPS delivery person dropped my package at a relay point and I couldn't reach them so I had to move to prevent the package from being returned to you
