The speed of delivery, the only small downside is when there are stock shortages it takes a very long time to get the products, for example, I have been waiting for months for the dolce vita in white to be back, I need it for a long time to make a snow angel (the doll). Otherwise everything is perfect, the quality is there.

Very good quality threads despite a high percentage of acrylic, pleasant to work with and wear. A nice coherence between the colors of the different ranges, allowing to double the threads by changing range and achieving superb results. And especially a team of extreme responsiveness, which systematically sends orders within 24 hours at most. I was surprisingly delighted with my first order, and I am again very happy with this one. My only small regret: that the shop does not offer a range containing a higher proportion of wool. There, I would be thrilled!
