Nothing to say about the speed of shipping the packages. However, when we encounter a problem with a video tutorial and we ask a question, we can wait for the answer until pigs fly!

Just a small downside. The delivery is expensive. The delay is long. The carrier needs to be reviewed. I am very disappointed. But Lidia is impeccable, nothing to say.
