Very satisfied with this site for tutorials and wools. I am on my 9th bag.. However, the DPD delivery person is not up to par.. they threw my wool package into my yard without warning and in the rain. This carrier does not seem to be top-notch. I would have preferred to have access to the nearest relay point to my home but it was not offered. Too bad. Have a good holiday. Lisa

Satisfactory experience, it took 1 week between the order and the delivery.

One of my skeins arrived all tangled and therefore unusable. I had to cut it to make a semblance of a skein. Moreover, I find the shipping costs very expensive, over 7 euros for an order of 16 euros, that's way too much.

I cannot give ratings since my order cannot be delivered. I've been battling with the delivery service for a week, being told by phone every evening that it will be delivered the next day to my pickup point, and of course nothing at all. I am very disappointed and especially very angry.

2nd order without issues, but the wool from the first order had quite a few defects (of course, I noticed this a few minutes before the end). Very thin wool, ultra stiff, very ugly... For a project that I have to give as a gift, it's not great... But I have no choice as I have to give it before Christmas and I don't have time to redo this part.

I love all the tutorials, the wool is of very good quality, however, the shipping costs are high, the delivery is a bit long, it's a shame there isn't a branch in France. Thank you

I learned everything with Lidia, I had never crocheted before. The tutorials, the wool is wonderful. I am capable of making everything.

Speed and top merchandise!

Just a small issue with the wooden bag bottom in 16 cm perforated, it has only 38 holes and to make the gnome, 58 holes were needed.

The tutorials and the quality of the wool are top... However, the shipping costs are high and the delivery time is longer than indicated (for 7,... it takes 1 week and not 2/3 days as mentioned)

The wool the queen is magnificent, however, delivery is a bit long 6 days

I find that there is not enough choice of wool and cotton on the site and it would be nice if we could put a Lidia crochet logo on the play store so we can connect right away

Very beautiful wools, beautiful models, good tutorials on Youtube. It would be perfect if a written tutorial existed for each model. This would facilitate the work for those for whom the filmed tutorial is not easily memorized.

My package is still not available, it has only been in Bordeaux since yesterday, for me, the delay is too long for receiving the package. It's not specifically you but the delivery.

I found the wool magnificent with lovely colors (Caprice, Kameleon, Queen).

I crochet a lot of sweaters, never disappointed by the wool, plus I wash it in the machine, it doesn't change, the wool works well, they are at an affordable price and Lidia's videos are great.
