The speed.

Top quality wools, however delivery normally takes 2/3 days but lasted a week.

Fast delivery except that DPD did not send me a delivery notice so I was absent and had to go 3 days later following a notice from a relay point. Otherwise, the merchandise corresponded well to the order and was in good condition. Have a good day.

Hello, beautiful yarns of very good quality. However, I just received the caprice quality: there is a strange smell that comes from it, perhaps due to the way the balls are stored. I hope this smell will disappear once the shawl is finished. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Best regards.
