Hello, first order placed on 28.08. This order was not delivered to the requested Locker point, but to a very distant relay. Delivery error reported, with no solution provided. In order not to lose my package and my order, I was able to retrieve the package with difficulty (distance or opening hours), damaged, bag opened... Very disappointed with this order.
