Your tutorials are great, however the Raphaelo yarn is a bit hard to work with, it would be good if you indicated when the yarns are rigid.

The processing and delivery of the order are quick. The inside of the package could be a bit more careful, some balls are loose in the bag, it's not great.. A slight packaging around each reference would be better. I ordered two yarns that I don't know yet, so no opinion for now.
